I built out this space because I wanted to create a library of meditations that make it easier for us to enjoy never-ending strings of beautiful meditative experiences.
I am a little ‘extra’ when it comes to creativity. This site started out in 2017 with just a few recordings and now there are 100+.
I know picking one meditation out of a hundred can be overwhelming - so I thought I’d offer some guidance as you begin.
- Every meditation in the complete library has its own number. A very fun way to crack into the 111 (as of June 28, 2021) audio meditations in the complete library is to just pick a number between 1 and 126 and do that meditation. - 1-20 | 21-40 | 41-60 | 61-80 | 81-100 | 101-120 | 121-126 I PURE SOUND 
- You can also start out doing some of the shorter meditations - Salt to Fresh #106, Atmosphere #101, Flora #35 - to start building your daily practice. 
- There are also “time of day” meditations - Rise and Shine #56 (morning), Siesta #57 (midday) and Dreams #58 (night-time) - that can be good starting points too. 
- If you like astrology, there are guided meditations (#37 - #48) for every sign and points in the lunar cycle. 
- If you enjoy exploring energy centers, try the seven chakra meditations (#83 - #89). 
- If you like plants or animals or crystals or a certain element, pick a meditation that features those (Wild Horses #8, Wolf #32, Big Cat #51, Crystalline #54, Plant Life #68, Butterfly #97). 
- If you are visually inspired, just scroll through the library pages - 1-20 | 21-40 | 41-60 | 61-80 | 81-100 | 101-120 | 121-126 | PURE SOUND - and let the ‘album art’ grab you. 
- If you aren’t in the mood to meditate but are looking for other kinds of inspiration check out the podcasts and videos. 
- You really can’t do this ‘wrong’. If you are showing up and listening you are successful!
