SPRING EQUINOX = HARMONY, BEAUTY + BOLD CREATIVE POWER

This one is a harmonic check in for the Spring Equinox where we get to see (and feel!) how our garden grows. This highly magical experience is all about the pleasures of equilibrium, the birth of beauty and the awakening of fresh creative power. 

You’re going to receive some gifts in this meditation and you may want to connect with those gifts in daily life as well. You have magical permission to do so! Take notes, find representational imagery, spend time in a garden and keep these growth gifts alive in your consciousness throughout the springtime!

SUMMER SOLSTICE = THE GENEROUS SUN + THE DIVINE MASCULINE

This Solstice experience draws us into right relationship with the glorious sun by first letting us feel the river of time, then opening the lotus at our crown, becoming a clear channel for sunlight and then treats us to time spent with the powerful energy of the divine masculine in its highest frequency.

The longest day of the year is the ideal time to explore our relationship with the solar aspects of existence and to open ourselves to the gifts given by the generous sun and the elevated masculine. (If there is any resistance to the word "masculine" here - it has nothing to do with ordinary men. We ALL have masculine and feminine energies inside each of us - and oddly, even though we live in a patriarchy, the divine masculine is often overlooked spiritually. IMHO the Summer Solstice is the perfect time to address this by upgrading this relationship.)

AUTUMN EQUINOX = THE PLEASURE OF LETTING GO + RE-GATHERING OURSELVES

This experience provides a structural framework for the “activities of autumn” - accepting seasonal changes, the gathering together and integration of all that we are now, the awareness of next spring’s green developing in secret, and the revivifying and "re-greening" of our beating hearts. 

This one is about the beauty and power of the great exhale fall brings and the healing and wonder we find when we take our place in the cycle as the wheel of the year turns.

You may receive an important symbol in this meditation. If you do, use sympathetic magic to bring it fully into daily life to guide you through the season.

WINTER SOLSTICE = KINSHIP + DISCOVERY OF A NORTH STAR

On the Winter Solstice we connect with ourselves, the earth, the stones, the plants and the elemental world. When the night is longest, this  meditation helps us find a good cave, access stillness and tune in with all levels of our being. 

Even though this is very much a resting meditation (you may even want to wrap yourself up in a cozy blanket while you listen), we emerge changed - the building blocks of our being somehow rearranged by this experience of deep kinship with all that is.
